Whether you are planning a milestone celebration, or a corporate event, our Barrel Room offers a secluded sanctuary where guests can savor our small-lot artisanal wines surrounded by the quiet beauty of Fraser Valley wine country.
Terms
Cost: $2,400 + applicable taxes
Gratuity included
Exclusive access to the Barrel Room from agreed set-up time through 9:30 PM (all music off and property closed by 10:00 PM).
What Is Included:
- Private use of the Barrel Room lounge
- Harvest tables, sofas & chairs (existing layout)
- Sonos sound system
- Two Seaside Pearl attendants (wine & water service, light cleannup)
- Full wine & water glassware
- Bar service area
- Access to warming ovens (warming only – no cooking permitted)
- Counter space and sinks for catering use
- Preparation area approved by Fraser Health
- Outside licensed & insured catering permitted
Wine Commitment
A minimum purchase of three cases (36 bottles) of Seaside Pearl wine is required. Private Barrel Room clients receive 10% preferred pricing off retail wine selections. Wine selections must be finalized and purchased no later than two weeks prior to the event date. The wine purchase is non-refundable and serves as confirmation of the booking. All purchased wine remains with the client following the event.
Alcohol Policy
As a licensed winery, Seaside Pearl Winery is permitted to serve Seaside Pearl wines exclusively. Outside alcohol is not permitted on the property.
Entertainment Guidelines
Solo performers, duos, and trios are welcome in the Barrel Room. Bands larger than three performers are not permitted. All music must conclude by 9:30 PM in accordance with property policies.
Payment Structure
• Wine purchase confirms the event date
• Rental balance of $2,400 is due 7 days prior to the event
