Private Events at Seaside Pearl
Celebrate your special occasion surrounded by the beauty and charm of Seaside Pearl Farmgate Winery.
Our Barrel Room is available for private celebrations, corporate gatherings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers, intimate receptions, and other special occasions.
The Barrel Room
Our private Barrel Room offers an elegant and relaxed setting for gatherings of up to 40 guests.
Private Event Venue Fee: $2,400 + applicable taxes
Event Duration – Five Hours Total
Private Barrel Room events are limited to a maximum of five (5) consecutive hours total.
The five-hour rental period includes all setup, decorating, vendor access and setup, musician or live-band setup, guest event time, cleanup, takedown, and departure. Setup and cleanup time are not additional to the five-hour rental period.
The five-hour period begins at the agreed access time. Earliest access to the property is 11:30 AM.
All guests, vendors, musicians, equipment, decorations, personal belongings, and event materials must be removed within the contracted five-hour period. In all cases, the property must be fully cleared no later than 9:30 PM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Private-Event Pricing Includes
- Exclusive use of the Barrel Room during the contracted five-hour event period
- Two Seaside Pearl attendants for wine, beverage, and hospitality service during the contracted event period
- Use of existing Barrel Room tables, seating, and furnishings
- Water and non-alcoholic beverage service as arranged
Wine Requirements
A minimum purchase of three cases of Seaside Pearl wine is required for private Barrel Room events.
Wine selections and quantities are arranged in advance with the winery.
Additional Seaside Pearl wine may be purchased during the event, subject to availability.
Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Wine Club Member Benefits
Active Seaside Pearl Wine Club members receive 20% off the regular private-event venue fee and eligible wine purchases, subject to the terms of their membership.
Wine Club membership does not include complimentary private use of the Barrel Room.
Specially priced, sale, promotional, or package-priced wines may not qualify for an additional Wine Club discount.
All private-event bookings, including Wine Club member bookings, are subject to availability and approval.
During peak season and on high-demand dates, particularly Saturdays and Sundays, Seaside Pearl reserves the right to decline a private-event booking when the Barrel Room is required for regular winery operations, previously scheduled events, or other commitments.
Staffing
For licensing, service, safety, and hospitality requirements, Seaside Pearl staff must be present throughout private events.
Two Seaside Pearl attendants are included within the standard private-event package during the contracted event period.
If an event, caterer, decorator, musician, band, vendor, or other service provider requires additional access, setup assistance, supervision, or the presence of a Seaside Pearl attendant beyond the staffing normally included with the event, additional staffing charges will apply.
Any additional access, staffing, or special service requirements must be discussed, approved, and arranged with Seaside Pearl in advance.
Food & Catering
Food arrangements must be confirmed with Seaside Pearl in advance.
Outside caterers may be permitted with prior approval.
Any catering setup, delivery, kitchen access, equipment, or furniture movement must be arranged and approved before the event.
Additional charges may apply for winery-prepared charcuterie, food service, catering assistance, or special setup requirements.

Setup, Decor & Furniture
Hosts may decorate during their contracted five-hour rental period.
All decorations and furniture arrangements must be approved by Seaside Pearl before installation or movement.
Nothing may be attached to winery walls, furnishings, or architectural features without prior approval.
Vendor, musician, band, decorator, and catering setup time is included within the five-hour rental period and does not provide additional complimentary access to the venue.
Reservations & Payment
A private event is considered confirmed only once:
- Event details have been approved by Seaside Pearl
- The required agreement has been completed
- Any required deposit has been received
Final event charges, including venue fees, wine, food, additional staffing, special services, and applicable taxes, will be clearly outlined before the event.
Saturdays & Peak Dates
Saturday, Sunday, and peak-season private events are subject to availability and winery approval.
Because the Barrel Room is ordinarily part of our winery hospitality service, private use of the space requires advance booking and the applicable private-event venue fee.
Availability may be limited during our busiest winery periods.

Clear event terms and pricing allow us to reserve the space exclusively, provide appropriate staffing, maintain licensing requirements, protect the property, and deliver the level of hospitality our guests expect.
