The Chapel Experience
Set at the heart of the vineyard, our copper-spired Chapel offers an intimate and quietly elegant setting for ceremony and gathering.
Surrounded by gardens and open sky, the space is designed to feel calm and personal, with natural light, exposed beams, and a warm, refined atmosphere. From its elevated position, the Chapel overlooks Mount Baker and the surrounding vineyards, creating a beautiful and memorable backdrop.
Guests are invited to move easily between the Chapel and its surrounding patios, where views of the estate and soft evening light create a natural continuation of the experience.
This setting is ideal for smaller, meaningful celebrations where presence, connection, and atmosphere take precedence.

Monday to Thursday: $2,500 + tax
Friday to Sunday: $3,500 + tax
Pricing may be tailored based on guest count, timing, and overall experience design.
Availability and timing are arranged in coordination with our team.
Please gather at the front of the chapel for the ceremony.
Staff will arrange guest seating using vineyard chairs to accommodate attendees.

Surrounded by oak barrels and soft chandelier light, the space carries a quiet sense of depth and atmosphere, where the focus naturally shifts toward connection, conversation, and the shared experience of wine.
Located just steps from the Chapel and vineyard, the Barrel Room allows for a seamless transition from ceremony into gathering, creating a natural and unhurried flow throughout the day.
This setting is ideal for intimate receptions and celebrations where the experience feels grounded, welcoming, and beautifully paced.
Maximum Capacity: 48 guests
Two Seaside Pearl attendants are provided throughout the event.

$3,200 + tax for up to 36 guests
$3,600 + tax for up to 48 guests

The Full Estate Experience offers exclusive access to both our Chapel and Barrel Room, allowing your wedding day to unfold naturally across the property.
Begin with a ceremony set within the Chapel or among the vineyard surroundings, then transition with ease into the Barrel Room for an intimate and welcoming reception.
Each space is thoughtfully connected, creating a seamless flow from one moment to the next—never rushed, never segmented.
Surrounded by vineyards, gardens, and open sky, the estate provides a setting where the day feels calm, considered, and beautifully paced.
- Venue Capacity: 50 Guests
- Three Seaside Pearl attendants are present throughout, ensuring a seamless and attentive experience.
- Ceremony may take place at the Chapel or within the vineyard setting.

1. Chapel: The ceremony will take place at the front of the chapel.
2. Vineyards (Weather Permitting): The ceremony will be held in the vineyards with arches.

Terms & Conditions
Booking
- Reserve a date and time for your on-site photoshoot.
- Three site visits (by reservation).
- Wine selection tasting can be arranged for up to four people.
- Tastings in the Chapel Tasting Room are 45 minutes long.
- The maximum duration for wedding rehearsals is 2 hours.
- Three-hour maximum stay for special event set-up.
Event Details
- Weddings are limited to one per month (June to September).
- Excluding extended weekends.
- Hours: 11:am-10pm.
- Guests should not arrive before 11am, please.
- Last call is at 9:30pm.
- The music needs to be turned off by 9:30
- The departure time for all guests is by 10pm.
We do not provide:
- Decorations
- Catering
- Officiant
- Photographer (Ask for our preffered vendors)
- Videographer (Ask for our preffered vendors)
- Hair/ Makeup
- Wedding Cake
- Shuttle service for guest departures
Main Guidelines
Deposit 50% in advance of the event.
ATTENTION:
Our patios are outdoor spaces. You are responsible for planning for inclement weather.
The event will take place regardless of the weather.
The facility does not supply tents.
DÉCOR:
- All decorative items should be taken down after the event concludes.
- Marks must not be left by decorations on the facility.
- The use of nails, tacks, and staples is prohibited.
- The only adhesive material that may be used is drafting tape which does not leave marks.
- No masking tape, duct tape, electrical tape, transparent tape or double stick tape is permitted.
- No confetti, rice, or non-biodegradable petals may be thrown. (Real flower petals are permitted)
DRINK: Seaside Pearl is the exclusive source for purchasing all wine.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted at Seaside Pearl.
PETS: With the exception of service dogs, pets are not allowed.
DAMAGES:
If damage has been done to the facility during the renter’s time, the booking party will be responsible for all associated costs. Upon booking the renter will provide credit card details to be held should any damage occur. An inspection will be done by Seaside Pearl after the event. If damage has occurred, an estimate of costs for the repair will be determined, the renter will be contacted, and the credit card will be charged in the amount of the final cost.
LIABILITY:
Seaside Pearl, its owners and employees will not be held responsible for any medical or personal injury, or any other loss or damage and the renter waives any claim against Seaside Pearl. The renter acknowledges that it is their responsibility to take the necessary steps for insuring against personal injury, loss and any other damage that could occur during the event. A one-day Special Event Insurance Policy is highly recommended. The cost for this ranges from $150-$300 and can be purchased at your local insurer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations less than 60 days prior require full payment.
- Cancellations more than 60 days prior forfeit the deposit.
ENJOY WONDERFUL SMALL LOT WINES
In addition to making wine sourced from hybrid grapes grown in single vineyards in the Okanagan and Similkameen, Seaside Pearl produces two award winning small lot wines right here on our estate- Charlotte Petit Milo and Interurban Cabernet Foch, a red wine that received a Double Gold at the 2023 All Canadian Wine Championships. Charlotte is a unique wine made from Petit Milo grapes, specifically cultivated for cool climate wine growing regions like the Fraser Valley.
Our Daffodils Sparkling to Go in a 250 ml canned wine also won Double Gold in the 2023 All Canadian Wine Championship.
